How do I connect my COROS account?
After logging in, go to Sync Settings in the dashboard. Click "Connect COROS" and follow the OAuth flow to authorize RunMax to access your COROS data.
How do I connect my Garmin account?
After logging in, go to Sync Settings in the dashboard. Click "Connect Garmin" and follow the OAuth flow to authorize RunMax to access your Garmin Connect data.
How are my workouts synchronized?
When your COROS or Garmin account is connected, we receive a webhook notification when you complete a workout. That activity updates your training plan and the recommendations built on it.
Can I send training plans to my COROS or Garmin device?
Yes. RunMax pushes structured workouts to your device so you can follow the plan from your watch. Nothing is ever written to your activity feed — workouts are a separate permission you can revoke on its own.
What if I want to remove my integration?
You can remove your COROS or Garmin integration at any time via Sync Settings in the dashboard. That stops all synchronisation; activities already imported stay in RunMax.
Can I use both COROS and Garmin at the same time?
You can connect both, but RunMax does not yet decide which one owns a session. A run recorded by both watches arrives as two activities, and both are counted — so that session's distance and training load are doubled. Until RunMax can pick a primary source, connect the watch you actually train with.
